      Founded in March 2013 with registered capitals of RMB 450 million Yuan, Xi’an Fenghuo Photovoltaic Science & Technology Co., Ltd., on the basis of the engineering project of Xi’an Semiconductor Industry Garden forged by Shaanxi Electronics Information Group Corporation jointly with many parties to create, is established and co-funded by Shaanxi Fenghuo Communication Group Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Photovoltaic Industry Co., Ltd.. The company has possessed complete independent intellectual property rights of the incising production line of the solar energy silicon wafers and the most advanced production and inspecting/testing equipments in this industry field in today's world, owned more than 500 employees including science technology research/development personnel, management personnel and other employees. It has the capability to produce more than 75 million pieces of solar single crystalline silicon wafers and the poly-crystalline silicon cells with high quality and the output capacity has exceeded 300MW.
